Geography of Monchengladbach
Mönchengladbach, Germany, a city in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, 15 miles (24 km) west of Düssel-dorf. It is a railway junction and a major textile center. Mönchengladbach grew around an abbey whose church, completed in the 1200's, still stands.
