INGREDIENTS RUB salt black pepper white pepper cayenne sugar worcestershire powder brisket
PREPARATION:
Trim, salt and apply rub. Let sit for 1/2 hour.
Cook fat side down at 350 over direct heat for 1/2 hour. Flip and cook for another 1/2 hour.
Separate point from flat and wrap both. Cook 3-4 hours over indirect heat.
