PREPARATION:
- Cut thin slice from wide end of eggs so it stands up upright.
- Cut thin slice from tapered end of egg to form a flat surface.
- Slice stem end off tomato, leaving at least 2/3 of tomato.
- Insert a toothpick in egg and attach tomato, cut side down to form toadstool.
- Just before serving, pipe mayonnaise dots on tomatoes. Repeat for all eggs and tomatoes.
