INGREDIENTS

6 Ripe avocados, peeled & seeded 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 large tomato, chopped 1 small bunch fresh, chopped, cilantro Juice of 1 lime salt, black pepper, tobasco sauce to taste

PREPARATION:

1. In a large mixing bowl, mash avocados.
2. Fold in remaining ingredients (except salt, pepper & tobasco).
3. Add salt, pepper & tobasco to taste.
4. Serve with favorite tortilla chips.
