cup diced cucumber

tablespoons minced fresh mint leaves

to 2 tablespoons lemon juice

to 3 teaspoons honey (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Combine yogurt, cucumber and mint in small bowl. Stir in lemon juice and honey to taste.
