INGREDIENTS
1 package (10 ounces) frozen cauliflower florets 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth 1/2 cup evaporated skimmed milk 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour Salt and pepper to taste (optional) Paprika (optional)PREPARATION:
- Combine cauliflower and chicken broth in saucepan. Simmer, covered, 10 to 12 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Combine milk and flour; mix well. Stir into saucepan. Cook and stir until sauce simmers and bubbles. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika before serving, if desired.
