cups chopped cooked chicken (about 4 ounces)

cup broccoli slaw mix or coleslaw mix

can (11 ounces) madarin oranges in light syrup, drained
1/4
cup reduced-fat cole slaw dressing
1/4
cup toasted wheat germ (optional)
1/4
cup chopped peanuts
PREPARATION:
- Combine chicken, coleslaw mix, oranges, dressing in medium bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Stir in wheat germ, if desired and peanuts; serve immediately.
Note
Add wheat germ and peanuts just before serving.
