Roasted Pepper Sauce (recipe) 1 medium onion, thinly sliced 1 large clove garlic, minced 1 (1-1/2-pound) halibut fillet, skinnedPREPARATION:
- Prepare Roasted Pepper Sauce; set aside.
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cover bottom of baking dish with onion and garlic. Top with fish and sauce.
- Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
