ripe mango, peeled, seeded and sliced

cup orange juice

teaspoon honey

ice cubes
Milk (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Place all ingredients in blender. Cover; process until smooth. Add milk to obtain preferred consistency.
TIP
The skin of most mangoes tinges with more red or yellow as the fruit ripens. Mangoes are ready to eat when they yield to gentle pressure.
