INGREDIENTS

2 packages (6-1/2 ounces each) garlic-and-herb spreadable cheese 4 (1/16-inch-thick) slices boiled ham 40 rich round crackers

PREPARATION:

1. Spread 1/2 package cheese to edges of each ham slice. Beginning at short end, roll up tightly. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap; refrigerate rolls at least 2 hours.
2. Cut each roll crosswise into 10 slices. Place 1 slice on each cracker. Serve immediately.
