INGREDIENTS

For the shrimp marinade: 2 ‑ 4 ounces of tequila cilantro 1 lime 1 Lemon (zest and juice) chili pepper flakes salt pepper dash of ginger 1 teaspoon honey For the mango salsa 1 mango 1 red onion cilantro 1 lime sea salt pepper 1 jalapeno 1 orange bell pepper

PREPARATION:

To make the marinade:

  1. Prepare the marinade by combining all the ingredients listed in a large bowl.

To prepare the shrimp:

  1. Rinse the shrimp in water and pat to dry.
  2. Combine the shrimp with the marinade and let soak up to one hour.
  3. Skewer the shrimp and grill.

    (Be sure to soak your skewers an hour ahead of time)

To make the salsa:

  1. Dice the mango, red onion, lime, jalapeno pepper and orange bell pepper. Then, combine all the ingredients from the list.
