INGREDIENTS
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese 1/4 cup chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish mustard 6 (6- to 7-inch) flour tortillas 12 small slices deli roast beef 6 green onions, tops includedPREPARATION:
- Place unwrapped cream cheese on paper plate. Microwave on HIGH 15 seconds or until softened.
- Combine cream cheese, olives and mustard in small bowl; mix well.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over each tortilla. Top each with 2 overlapping slices of beef.
- Place onion on one edge of tortilla, trimming onion to fit diameter of tortilla. Roll up tortilla jelly-roll fashion. Cut each roll into slices to serve.
