INGREDIENTS
2 avocados Juice of 4 or 5 limes 1/3 cup finely chopped red or sweet white onion 1/3 cup chopped cilantro Salt to taste Tortilla chips, for servingPREPARATION:
- Scoop avocado from shell. Cover with lime juice and mash.
- Stir in onion and cilantro; season to taste with salt.
- Eat immediately or cover with plastic wrap, placed directly on the surface of the guacamole so that it does not discolor.
