cup cheese sauce

cups broccoli florets
2
cups snow peas
4
ounces cooked chicken breast*
4
ounces cooked beef cut into 1-inch chunks**
4
ounces French bread cut into 1-inch cubes, warmed if desired
1
cup grape or cherry tomatoes
*Try using frozen cooked chicken breast chunks or strips.**Try using frozen cooked beef chunks or strips.
PREPARATION:
- Place cheese sauce in small microwavable bowl. Cover and heat about 1 minute. To keep cheese sauce warm, pour into fondue pot or small slow cooker on LOW heat.
- Meanwhile bring 2 cups water to a boil in large saucepan over high heat. Add broccoli and snow peas. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Warm chicken and beef chunks on medium microwavable plate on HIGH 2 minutes.
- Arrange broccoli, snow peas, chicken, beef, bread cubes and tomatoes on serving tray. Serve with cheese sauce.
