PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions in 13X9-inch baking pan. Cool in pan on wire rack 15 minutes. Remove cake from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
- Cut cake in half crosswise to form two 6-1/2X4-1/2-inch layers. Place 1 layer on serving platter. Spread 1/2 of chocolate frosting over bottom layer. Top with second layer. Spread remaining chocolate frosting over top and sides of cake.
- Spoon caramel frosting over top of cake. Use back of spoon to pull frosting into points to resemble fur. Decorate face with assorted candies and decorating gels as desired.
