PREPARATION:
- Combine marshmallows and butter in large saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture is melted and smooth. Stir in popcorn; mix well.
- Use about 1 cup popcorn mixture to form ghost shapes. Allow ghosts to cool completely on waxed paper.
- Place each ghost on cooling rack set over waxed paper. Spoon melted candy coating over each ghost to cover completely. Use fork to make ghostly folds and drapes. Decorate with mini chocolate chips for eyes.
