INGREDIENTS
1 (12-ounce) loaf focaccia bread 3 tablespoons prepared Italian salad dressing 1/2 cup sliced Spanish olives 8 ounces thinly sliced salami or baked ham 4 ounces thinly sliced provolone or sharp Cheddar cheese Lettuce leavesPREPARATION:
- Cut bread crosswise into halves; brush cut sides of both halves generously with salad dressing. Pour any remaining salad dressing over olives.
- Arrange meat and cheese on bottom half of bread; top with olives, lettuce leaves and top half of bread. Cut into wedges to serve.
