cup no-salt-added tomato sauce

taco shells

cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese

cup shredded lettuce
1/3
cup chopped tomato
1/4
cup chopped onion
Hot pepper sauce (optional)
PREPARATION:
- Heat small skillet over medium heat until hot. Add beef, onion and garlic; cook and stir 5 minutes until beef is browned, breaking up meat with spoon. Add tomato sauce and seasonings; cook 5 minutes.
- Warm taco shells in oven following package directions.
- Fill taco shells with meat mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion. Serve with pepper sauce, if desired.
