INGREDIENTS

cups hulled, sliced fresh strawberries

tablespoons sugar

tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Dash salt and ground red pepper
PREPARATION:
Combine all ingredients in medium glass bowl, stirring well. Place in 4 individual serving dishes. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 1 hour and no more than 2 hours.
