1 pound asparagus 3 Tablespoon butter 1/2 Teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary 1 garlic clove, minced 1 Tablespoon freshly grated parmesan reggiano 1/2 lemon, zested pinch red pepper flakesPREPARATION:
- In a small pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and breadcrumbs and sauté about 5 minutes, until butter begins to brown, being careful not to burn.
- Fold in parmesan cheese, lemon zest and red pepper flakes. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over grilled asparagus. Serve immediately.
