INGREDIENTS
1/4 pound thick sliced bacon, diced 2 medium onions, thinly sliced 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced 1/4 pound Gruyere cheese (grated) 1/4 pound cheddar cheese (grated) Salt & Pepper to tastePREPARATION:
- Fry bacon until crisp.
- Layer half of the potatoes a and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer half the bacon, onions & cheese. Repeat the layering.
- Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours
