Easy Ham, Apple & Cheddar Turnovers Recipe | Allrecipes

 
INGREDIENTS

1‑1/4 cups chopped cooked ham 3/4 cup finely chopped red apple 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese 1 tablespoon brown mustard (optional) 1 package (about 14 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Combine ham, apple, cheese and mustard in medium bowl; set aside.
  2. Roll pizza dough into 15x10-inch rectangle on lightly floured surface. Cut into six (5-inch) squares. Top each square evenly with one-sixth of ham mixture. Moisten edges with water. Fold dough over filling. Press edges to seal. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  3. Prick tops of each turnover with fork. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or allow to cool on wire rack 1 hour.
