Slow-cooked chicken and noodles with the smoky heat of chipotle peppers
INGREDIENTS
1 Pound + 8 Ounce boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces 1 can (28 oz ea) Hunt's® Crushed Tomatoes 6 Ounce dry egg noodles, uncooked 2 Tablespoon chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 3 1/2 Cup waterPREPARATION:
- Combine chicken, tomatoes, chipotle peppers and water in slow cooker. Cover with lid.
- Cook on LOW 8 hours (or on HIGH 4 hours), stirring in noodles for the last 30 minutes of the cooking time.
- Stir before serving.
