Nonstick cooking spray 3/4 cup sliced onion 3/4 cup diced green bell pepper 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 can (15 ounces) white beans, rinsed and drained 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced-fat condensed tomato soup, undiluted 10 ounces pork tenderloin, trimmed and cubed 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup barbecue sauce 1/2 teaspoon saltPREPARATION:
- Spray large saucepan with cooking spray. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook and stir until tender. Add beans, soup, pork, brown sugar, barbecue sauce and salt. Cover; simmer 1 hour.
