INGREDIENTS
1 whole bagel (about 3-1/2 ounces), split in half 1/4 cup prepared pizza sauce 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken breast 1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheesePREPARATION:
- Place bagel halves on microwavable plate. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce onto each half; top each with 1/4 cup chicken. Spoon additional 1 tablespoon pizza sauce over chicken.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons mozzarella cheese over tops. Cover halves loosely with waxed paper; microwave on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Carefully remove waxed paper. Sprinkle each bagel with 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese. Let stand 1 minute before serving to cool slightly.
