Simple Halibut with Tomato & Broccoli Sauce - Quick & Healthy Recipe

 
INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons olive oil 2 cups chopped fresh broccoli 2‑1/2 cups diced fresh tomatoes 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon chopped garlic 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 4 halibut steaks (4 ounces each)

PREPARATION:

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat 1 minute. Add broccoli; cook 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except halibut; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add halibut, cover and cook 5 minutes on each side.
