INGREDIENTS

For the steak: t-bone steak marinade of choice soy sauce sugar sake ginger For the mashed potatoes: Yukon gold potatoes heavy cream pure olive oil salt pepper

PREPARATION:

To prepare the steak:

  1. Preheat grill on low for at least ten minutes.
  2. Grill steak on low for at least five minutes with the lid closed.
  3. Flip steak. Grill steak on the other side for five minutes with the lid closed.

To prepare the mashed potatoes:

  1. Use favorite method to make mashed potatoes, substituting olive oil for butter per the ingredient list.
