Quick & Easy Honey-Glazed Ham with Whipped Sweet Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

Whipped Sweet Potatoes (recipe) 2 tablespoons mustard 2 tablespoons honey 2 ham steaks (8 ounces each)

PREPARATION:

Microwave Directions

1. Prepare Whipped Sweet Potatoes.
2. Combine mustard and honey in small cup. Place ham steaks in small microwavable baking dish; brush with mustard mixture. Microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) 1 minute or until hot. Cut each steak in half to serve. Serve with whipped sweet potatoes.
3. Cut each steak in half to serve. Serve with sweet potatoes.
