INGREDIENTS

3 cups fat-free (skim) milk 3/4 cup egg substitute 3 tablespoons sugar substitute* 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 2 teaspoons instant decaffeinated coffee granules 1‑1/2 teaspoons vanilla *This recipe was tested with sucralose-based sugar substitute.

PREPARATION:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
