INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese 1 cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese 3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon sucralose-based sweetener, divided 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 small peaches, pitted, peeled and sliced or 1-1/3 cups frozen sliced peaches, thawed 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecansPREPARATION:
- Combine mascarpone, ricotta, 3 tablespoons sweetener and cinnamon in bowl. Stir well. Spoon into 4 dessert bowls or wide-mouth wine glasses.
- Toss remaining 1 teaspoon sweetener and peaches together in bowl. Spoon 1/3 cup peaches into each bowl and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts.
