1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 2 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened 1 packet sugar substitute 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1 ripe medium mango, peeled, pitted and diced or 1 cup diced peachesPREPARATION:
- Beat yogurt, cream cheese, sugar substitute and vanilla in small bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth. Fold in mangoes.
- Spoon mixture into two dessert dishes.
