INGREDIENTS
12 frozen mini-waffles 2 tablespoons fat-free, sugar-free hot fudge topping 3/4 cup reduced-fat Neapolitan ice cream 4 tablespoons aerosol light whipped cream Colored sprinkles (optional)PREPARATION:
- Heat waffles in toaster until lightly browned. Heat hot fudge topping in microwave according to package directions.
- Arrange three waffles on each of four serving plates. Top with 1 tablespoon of each ice cream flavor. Evenly drizzle hot fudge topping over top; garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles, if desired.
