Easy Chocolate Crispies Recipe: A Delicious No-Bake Treat

 
INGREDIENTS

2 cups cornflakes 1 cup chow mein noodles 1 cup raisins, dried cherries or dried cranberries 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet or milk chocolate chips Colored sprinkles

PREPARATION:

  1. Place 18 paper or foil bake cups (or 36 mini bake cups) on baking pan; set aside.
  2. Combine cereal, chow mein noodles and raisins in large bowl.
  3. Place chocolate chips in microwavable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds; stir. Repeat until chips are melted. Pour melted chocolate over cereal mixture; stir until well coated.
  4. Scoop about 2 tablespoons mixture into each bake cup. (1 tablespoon mixture into mini bake cups). Top with sprinkles; refrigerate until chocolate hardens, or allow chocolate to harden at room temperature. Store in air-tight container for up to 3 days.
