YIELD Makes about 1-1/2 pounds
Full of nuts and with a mild chocolate flavor, this fudge is a crowd pleaser.
INGREDIENTS
3‑3/4 cups powdered sugar 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup evaporated milk 2 teaspoons vanilla 1/2 cup butter or margarine, cut into pieces 3/4 cup chopped pecansPREPARATION:
- Line 8-inch square pan with buttered foil; set aside.
- Sift powdered sugar and cocoa into 2-quart microwavable bowl. Stir in milk and vanilla. Top with butter. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until butter melts and mixture is hot.
- Stir in pecans. Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm.
- Remove fudge from pan by lifting out foil. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
