INGREDIENTS
1 individual sponge cake 1 tablespoon orange juice 1/4 cup lemon chiffon sugar-free fat-free yogurt 1/4 cup fat-free nondairy whipped topping 2/3 cup sliced strawberries or raspberries Mint leaves and orange peel (optional)PREPARATION:
- Place sponge cake on serving plate. Drizzle with orange juice.
- Fold together yogurt and whipped topping in small bowl. Spoon half of mixture onto cake. Top with berries and remaining yogurt mixture. Garnish with mint leaves and orange peel.
