INGREDIENTS
1 package (about 18 ounces) brownie mix, plus ingredients to prepare mix 1 container (16 ounces) vanilla frosting 1 tube (4-1/4 ounces) chocolate decorator icing Assorted colored sugars Ribbon (optional)PREPARATION:
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions and bake in 8-inch square baking pan. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 to 15 minutes. Run knife around edges to loosen. Remove from pan and invert brownie onto wire rack. Cool completely.
- Transfer brownie to serving plate. Frost top with vanilla frosting. Place chocolate decorator icing in small resealable food storage bag and seal. With scissors, snip off one corner of bag. Gently squeeze bag to pipe quilt pattern on brownie. Fill in quilt pattern with colored sugars. Wrap edge with ribbon, if desired.
