INGREDIENTS

large Granny Smith Apple, cored and sliced thin

tablespoon lemon juice

teaspoons spoonable brown sugar substitute
1/4
teaspoon cinnamon
1/2
teaspoon vanilla
1
teaspoon raisins (about 15)

tablespoons fat-free whipped topping
PREPARATION:
- In mixing bowl, toss apple slices with lemon juice, brown sugar substitute, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Lightly spray microwavable serving bowl with vegetable cooking spray. Distribute raisins in bottom of bowl. Arrange apple slices in a spiral pattern to cover raisins. Scrape any juices in bowl over apples.
- Cover bowl with waxed paper and microwave on high for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and let sit, covered, an additional 5 minutes.
- Tip bowl and spoon juices over top of apples. Serve warm or at room temperature with whipped topping.
Note
Recipe can be doubled; use two bowls. It's important to measure accurately.
