Easy Maple Frosting Recipe - Yields 1.5 Cups

 

YIELD Makes about 1-1/2 cups

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons butter, softened 2 tablespoons maple or pancake syrup 1‑1/2 cups powdered sugar

PREPARATION:

  1. Beat butter and syrup in medium bowl until blended. Gradually beat in powdered sugar until smooth.
Tip To make gumdrop hat, roll out large gumdrop on generously sugared surface. Cut 1 rounded piece to look like top of hat and 1 straight piece to look like brim of hat as shown in photo.
