PREPARATION:
- Lightly spray 2-quart baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine bread, apples and raisins in prepared dish. Whisk half-and-half, egg substitute, sugar substitute, butter flavoring, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and salt in large bowl until blended. Pour over bread mixture.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Let bread mixture stand 15 minutes; stir every 5 minutes to coat bread evenly. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set in center. Serve warm.
Serving Suggestion
Drizzle each dessert plate with 1 teaspoon sugar-free caramel sauce or maple syrup and top with a warm square of bread pudding.
