INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons Fleischmann's® Original-stick 1 medium onion, chopped (1 med = about 1/2 cup) 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup golden raisins 1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt's® Petite Diced Tomatoes, undrained 1/4 cup water 1 teaspoon granulated sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar

  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; cook and stir 10 minutes. Remove from heat; place in bowl. Add cilantro and vinegar; mix until blended. Cool slightly. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes prior to serving to allow flavors to blend.
