INGREDIENTS
2 turkey breakfast sausage patties 3 eggs Salt and black pepper 2 teaspoons butter 2 whole wheat English muffins, split and toasted 2 slices Cheddar cheesePREPARATION:
- Cook sausage according to package directions; set aside and keep warm.
- Beat eggs in small bowl with salt and pepper to taste. Melt butter in small skillet. Pour in eggs; cook and stir gently over low heat until just set.
- Place cheese on bottom halves of English muffins; top with sausage and scrambled eggs. Serve immediately.
