INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup chopped pecans 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons butter, melted 1 package (7 ounces) apple-cinnamon muffin mix 1/2 cup shredded peeled applePREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Coat 18 mini-muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine pecans, brown sugar, flour and butter in small bowl.
- Prepare muffin mix according to package directions. Stir in apple. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full. Sprinkle approximately 1 teaspoon pecan mixture on top of each muffin. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Serve warm.
