PREPARATION:
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Spray 12 miniature (1-3/4-inch) nonstick muffin pan cups with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; stir until just blended. Do not overmix. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until just golden. Remove to wire rack; cool.
