INGREDIENTS
1 cup low-fat (1%) cottage cheese 1 tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 teaspoons dry ranch-style salad dressing mix 1 can (3 ounces) chunk white tuna packed in water, drained and flaked 2 tablespoons sliced green onion or chopped celery 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes 1 package (12 ounces) peeled baby carrotsPREPARATION:
- Combine cottage cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salad dressing mix in food processor or blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Combine tuna, green onion and parsley in small bowl. Stir in cottage cheese mixture. Serve with carrots.
