Gilia, a flowering herb found in mountainous and desert areas in the western United States. Most gilias are annuals, ranging up to three feet (90 cm) in height. The five-petaled, funnel-shaped flowers can be any of several colors.

Gilias make up the genus Gilia of the phlox family, Polemoniaceae.
