INGREDIENTS

large avocados, peeled, pitted and roughly mashed

medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1
to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2
teaspoon salt
1‑1/2
tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
PREPARATION:
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
- Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap forming an airtight seal on surface of guacamole and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
Hint
Some people swear that placing an avocado pit in the center of the guacamole prevents it from discoloring. Why not try it and see!
