Classic Guacamole Recipe: Simple & Fresh

 
INGREDIENTS

2 large avocados, peeled, pitted and roughly mashed 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1‑1/2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh cilantro

PREPARATION:

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
  2. Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap forming an airtight seal on surface of guacamole and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
