INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup chili sauce 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup ketchup 2 tablespoons dry mustard 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 2 tablespoons dark molasses 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons grated fresh lemon peel 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional) 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper saucePREPARATION:
- Place all ingredients in small bowl and stir until blended. Brush on meats during last 15 minutes of grilling or at beginning of grilling if cooking time is less than 15 minutes.
