Frozen Chocolate-Covered Banana Bites: A Simple & Fun Treat

INGREDIENTS

3 bananas 6 wooden ice cream sticks 1 cup orange or apple juice concentrate 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 tbsp. vegetable oil

PREPARATION:

1. Cut bananas in half and peel
2. Insert stick
3. Brush with orange juice
4. Freeze until firm.
5. Combine chips and Crisco over low heat until melted.
6. Cool slightly.
7. Spoon over bananas
8. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until ready to eat.
