PREPARATION:
- Line 8-inch round pan with foil, extending foil beyond edges of pan; butter foil lightly.
- Combine pecans, butter, sugars and corn syrup in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Boil, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until mixture turns golden brown. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly. Cool completely on wire rack.
- Remove praline from pan using foil as handles; peel off foil.
