cup fat-free cottage cheese

teaspoons cornstarch

teaspoon ground mace

teaspoon black pepper

ounces uncooked plain fettuccine

ounces uncooked spinach fettuccine
Nonstick cooking spray

ounces reduced-fat deli-style ham, diagonally sliced

tablespoons snipped chives

cup frozen peas, thawed and drained

cup grated Parmesan cheese

teaspoon paprika
PREPARATION:
- Combine milk, cottage cheese, cornstarch, mace and pepper in blender or food processor; process until smooth. Set aside.
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain; set aside. Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot. Add ham and chives; cook and stir until ham is lightly browned. Add milk mixture and peas; cook and stir until thickened.
- Remove from heat. Add pasta and Parmesan cheese; toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with paprika; serve immediately.
